It may vary from the type of setup location to the balloon type. If the balloons are air-filled and the location is indoor, the decor may last up to 5-7 days or more than a week. If there are helium balloons, they keep floating for 12-24 hours, depending on the weather conditions as well.

That doesn’t happen frequently because of the high-quality balloons we use, but if something of that sort happens, our event styling team tries to replace the balloons as soon as they can to make sure the event goes smoothly.

Sure, you can, if the balloon bouquet or setup is smaller. If the setup is larger, it needs delivery and on-site setup. For larger setups, we prefer delivery so that your event decor is a 10/10.

If you cancel your order 48 hours before the event, you are eligible for a partial refund. However, if you have placed a custom order, then those are non-refundable after production begins.
