We use high-quality balloons, but if any pop during setup or shortly after, we’ll replace them on-site when possible.

Yes, smaller balloon bouquets and arrangements can be picked up by appointment. Larger setups require delivery and installation.

 Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a partial refund. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
